About

Senior on the tools. For 25 years.

I’m Epi Neto. I lead Raccoonix from Sydney — and I’m the one on the engagement, not a brochure version of a team.

Portrait of Epi Neto, founder of Raccoonix

I’m a senior IT leader with more than 25 years across cyber security, multi‑cloud architecture and IT strategy. I currently serve as Senior Manager — IT Strategy and Cyber Security for a leading Australian property services group, running a multi‑million‑dollar IT portfolio and sustaining 99% system uptime.

My work has spanned securing the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, enterprise digital transformation, operational technology (OT) cyber for commercial property, and applied AI integration. Engagements I’ve led have reduced operational risk by up to 60% and coordinated 150+ stakeholders across complex IoT/OT environments.

I came up through the network closet, the SOC and the boardroom — in that order. I was honoured with the Alumni Diamond Medal, recognised as Employee of the Year, and have served as a university professor, startup mentor and qualified Australian VET trainer. In June 2026 I completed a Master of Applied Artificial Intelligence at Deakin University — the AI work I do now is built on that foundation, not a LinkedIn rebrand.

The Brazilian heritage matters mostly in two ways: a high tolerance for ambiguous environments, and a habit of leaving teams stronger than I found them. The Australian enterprise lens keeps the engagements pragmatic.

Raccoonix exists because mid‑market and enterprise clients keep asking for the same thing: a senior practitioner who sits beside their team, builds with them, and hands over cleanly. That’s the practice.
